There are times when a month gets away from you, that\u2019s for sure.<\/p>\n

October was one of them. I had plans for something else to be posted today (those coming for the giveaway \u2026 my apologies \u2013 that will be Wednesday now), and then had a slap on the head and realized it was October 31! That meant the Photo Blogging Challenge!<\/p>\n

This should have been done a long time ago and scheduled. I had the photos I wanted a long time back. My only issue was bringing it down to five as I had a bunch I wanted to use!<\/p>\n

Alas, I found a pretty good mix of photos and I think I have it covered pretty well. Water is one that can really be interpreted in different ways, so I\u2019ll look forward to getting time to visit everybody\u2019s posts to see what they came up with.<\/p>\n

Anyway, allow me to move this forward. I hope everybody has a great Halloween!<\/p>\n

Here are my five photos for this month!<\/p>\n

1. If everybody had an ocean \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

When visiting the Jersey Shore earlier this month, people were out surfing. Originally, I was going to make this a major part of the challenge, but decided to pair it back to one or two photos. \u00a0This one beat out another photo I wanted to use\u2026 but there was just something about this image I really liked.<\/p>\n

2. \u2026 surfin\u2019 USA!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Of the action shots I snapped with surfing, this was one of my favorites. Surf\u2019s up, dude!<\/p>\n

Leaving work one day, I saw this and though \u2026 this is perfect!<\/p>\n

Went to a swim meet for some family and \u2026 well, here\u2019s Emily winning her event.<\/p>\n

Cameron returns to the challenge this month. He was at a soccer camp for tykes and needed a drink of some refreshing H2O!<\/p>\n
