This was one tough month.<\/p>\n

Believe me, I’m not making excuses. I needed to get out with the camera more, and I know it. Alas, there were things that just made it a little hard. The worst part? I had some good opportunities for this theme and screwed them up.<\/p>\n

Live and learn, right?<\/p>\n

I knew this would be a tough theme for myself, and for others. So with that in mind, I’m looking forward to seeing what everybody else comes up with for this one.<\/p>\n

With this set of photos, I decided to push my interpretation a little. Well, for a couple of them. I usually try and stay by the book, but this month I had to “expand” things just a tad. I know others do it sometimes, so I’ll steal the idea this month.<\/p>\n

So, without further delay, here are my five for the month!<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0Cheerios<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is my breakfast many mornings out of the week. I know how it usually is with my blood sugar, so it’s a good thing. And, let’s be honest, Cheerios are pretty awesome.<\/p>\n

2. Yum!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The weekends will often be a time to go away from the cereal, be it more like an early lunch or whatever. How about an egg\/cheese\/bacon sandwich? Yum!<\/p>\n

3. Wake up!<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is when I’m usually getting up during the week. My phone serves as my alarm clock.<\/p>\n

OK, so technically this wasn’t a morning shot. But I assure you Cameron had just woken up! I took this shot of him as he arrived with his parents. It’s all about interpretation!<\/p>\n

5. Early game<\/strong><\/p>\n

OK, so this may have been early afternoon. But they had been getting ready in the morning. So… kind of morning. Sort of. My niece (6) at nationals. The weather did clear up more in the afternoon…<\/p>\n
